I had an excellent experience during my visit to the Google Store on 9th Ave yesterday. I bought a Pixel 8 on a price match that turned out to be defective so decided to exchange it for the Pixel 9. I was expecting to pay the full price but Valerie found a great deal online and matched it for me. Everyone knows how frustrating it can be to transfer all your info to a new phone but Jai and Ramses worked together to make the transition smooth. These guys are super smart - when an unknown issue arises, they band together to find the solution - what one doesn't know, another does, they all coalesce and learn together.
